There is a plethora of advice on how to be a good host on the Airbnb platform. Unfortunately some of it is just plain wrong our out of date. Be sure that you are getting your advice from someone who has actually hosted and not someone who runs a gigantic company but really does not how to host even one guest house well, because they have never done it. In this video, I critique one popular YouTuber and what he (supposedly) has learned from “hosting.”
